Our Partners: KidLit Parade

Getting books into the hands of our girls is so important and it can help propel them forward in life! Reading helps build self-confidence because it helps our girls connect with and interpret the world around them. Literacy helps create confident girls! 🙂

Gomee Girl proudly supports a wonderful community called KidLit Parade, and, as they like to say, “Reading is the foundation of academic achievement.” So, let’s march along and meet them, shall we?

My amazing friends at KidLit Parade: Nelson Suit, Cat Michaels, Jill Cofsky, and Kristen Lamb have created a community of talented and caring authors and artists who promote childrens’ literacy. Here you will find beautifully crafted stories for children of all ages from a variety of authors – www.kidlitparade.com.

KidLit Parade is on a mission to share the love of reading with children everywhere! With so many tech gadgets out there, many kids today are veering away from reading and KidLit Parade wants to get children excited about reading again! KLP encourages children of all ages to reconnect with the simple joy of reading a good book!
